Hi, I’m Lisa Storey and I am the face behind LKS.

I develop confident, high performing leaders through practical coaching, mentoring and leadership development.

I got my first casual role in retail whilst still at school and loved it.

After I finished school I knew retail was the career for me, and from there nothing stopped me.

My retail career took off when I joined Sanity as a 2IC.

There I learnt the fundamental basics of retail from delivering exceptional customer service to driving team performance and achieving great results.

When I started at the Cotton On Group in 2003 there was only 32 stores in one country and one single brand.

Over the next 21.5 years I played a key role in the building of group culture, rapid expansion of 7 new brands, 1200+ stores, 20+ new countries, polices & procedures and a people succession plan that facilitated the growth.

My love of retail is matched and overtaken by my love for developing talented people to be great and achieve amazing things.

it was this love that led me to start Leadership Knowledge Solution (LKS).
