Strong leadership starts with real relationships. I prioritise honesty, trust and meaningful connection to build relationships. I listen deeply, ask great questions, and show up authentically, because people deserve more than just being heard, they deserve to feel understood.
Kindness is powerful. I lead with empathy, treat people with respect, and believe in doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching. Being a good human is easy and the impact goes further than we can ever imagine.
MY story
Hi, I’m Lisa Storey and I am the face behind LKS.
I develop confident, high performing leaders through practical coaching, mentoring and leadership development.
I have been in retail leadership roles for 25 years and during my 21.5 years working for one the biggest retailers in the country (Cotton On Group) I spent my time developing leaders and teams with a people first approach that turn potential into results.
When I joined the Cotton On Group in 2003, we had 30 stores in one brand and one country. Over the next 21.5 years I played a key role in the global expansion and the creation of seven new brands, helping to shape the business into what it is today.
During this time I was involved in building culture, values, processes and structures that continue to drive success.
It was here that I discovered my true passion for leading and developing teams and driving results.
