From the shop floor to the global stage, I spent 21 years at Cotton On growing with the business starting when there were just 32 stores and helping lead it to over 1,200 across 20+ countries.

I built cultures, developed people, and led leaders at every level. Before that?

Sanity taught me the art of real leadership. I’ve been hands-on, people-first, and never afraid to roll up my sleeves because that’s where the real leadership happens.

I’ve led teams through global expansions, rebrands, restructures and the kind of retail growth that deserves its own documentary.

From Store manager to Global Retail Operations Manager to Retail Academy Manager, I've worn all the hats (some at the same time).

I’ve built strategies, systems, and leaders.

What I really built though?

Trust, clarity, and confidence, in others and in myself.

I love Mickey Mouse (yes, I’ve been to Disneyland more times than most adults will admit ….12, if you’re counting), music that makes you feel something, and swimming that clears your head and resets your soul.

Time with family and friends fills my cup.

Conversations, laughter, the good snacks, all of it.

I believe kindness matters. In life, in leadership, and in the little things we often rush past.
